Litigation before the Superior Court of Justice requires caution, strategic action, and anticipation. The presence of numerous requirements for appeals prevents the overwhelming majority of appeals from receiving an effective opinion by the Court, making it necessary for the thesis to be constructed and presented in an adequate way to allow analysis by the STJ.

• Representation of clients in lawsuits before the Superior Court of Justice;
• Advice in the creation of thesis and elaboration of appeals and urgent injunctions;
• Delivery of memorials, hearings with the Ministers and oral arguments with the Superior Court of Justice;
