• Advice and opinions on regulatory matters involving the financial system and the payments system;
• Administrative procedures for the acquisitions of grant authorizations and licenses to operate authorized institutions, with or without foreign capital;
• Risk assessment on foreign investment in Brazil;
• Advisory and administrative litigation in proceedings promoted by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP), and other regulatory bodies.
